How to apply

TRIL Lab is a research laboratory subject to the Federal University of Paraíba’s legal base. We do not establish direct labor contracts. We manage funding for research purposes only through projects, grants, scholarship and fellowship programs. The best ways to apply for a position and work with us are listed below.

Postdoctoral students

Search for open positions in projects managed by our leading researchers (see the section Graduate students) or calls published in this page. Applications should be addressed directly to the professor responsible for the project.

Graduate students (masters and doctoral)

Search for open positions in projects managed by our masters and doctoral programs. Usually, TRIL’s members advise or co-advise students from the following Graduate Programs:

Undergraduate students

Currently, we only receive UFPB’s students. Usually, they com from the following courses:

  • Engineering (Computer, Civil and Mechanical)
  • Computer Science
  • Artificial Intelligence and Data Science

Related courses are Physics, Statistics, and Mathematics.

To apply for funding, take a look at the institutional programs (PIBIC, PIVIC, PIBITI, and PIVITI) through Pro-Rector Bureaus of Undegraduation and Research. Calls open annually.

Short internships and final-term

If you are interested to work with us through short internships or final-term undergraduate projects, contact us.

Outreach

Positions in outreach projects open through the Pro-Rector Bureau of Outreach. Calls open all year long for the FLUEX Program and annually for the PROBEX Program.
